Hello Pink Trotters, my name is Steph and together with my best friend Sylvie, I run a travel, fitness and lifestyle blog called Cotton Tales. In September, we are embarking on a 3 month round-the-world adventure and travelling round the USA, New Zealand, Australia, Bali and Hong Kong – taking our Cotton Tales global and sharing our adventures with you on our blog, as well as right here on Pink Trotters! Our journey is starting in Las Vegas, Nevada and we are so excited to kick things off in this legendary city.

A friend of mine, who is a well versed Vegas visitor and is currently on his fourth trip, gave me some top recommendations of what to do in Las Vegas. Here is a compilation of top tips and attractions that we just can't wait to do in Las Vegas!

To read about each spot in more detail, head over to My Cotton Tales!

Hotels to Visit

The Las Vegas strip is world famous for its wonderfully extravagant hotels and casinos. Wandering the strip (which is around 4 miles long) is top of our list for when we get to Vegas! Even if you are on a budget and staying downtown, you can still go into the hotels and view their amazing attractions.

Watch the Bellagio Fountains – the show starts every 15 minutes and is particularly impressive at night!

The Mirage Volcano show at the front of The Mirage hotel is completely bizarre and entirely necessary on your Strip trip!

The Las Vegas Sign

Not to be missed! The Las Vegas Sign is iconic and definitely a top spot for souvenir selfies!

Down Town Las Vegas

I've been told to go to the Shark Tank at the Golden Nugget, but not told why! I'm intrigued!
