THE VILLAGES OF THE VALLEY




The valley is made up by six villages: Corvara, Colfosco, La Villa, San Cassiano, Pedraces and La Val! Each one has its own character and little enchanting corners! The main ones are Corvara, Colfosco and La Villa, but enchanting slopes, gourmet restaurants and local shops can be found everywhere! Corvara, Colfosco and the Gardena Pass are also part of the Sellaronda round ski path, while the "Gran Risa" slope in La Villa every December is the set of the Ski World Cup!

SELLARONDA & DOLOMITI SUPERSKI




Alta Badia valley is part of the amazing Superski Area which crosses four different valleys and has 1200 Kms of different and funny slopes! With just one skipass you can explore the entire Sellaronda circular path, have fun in 30 snowparks and take 450 lift facilities!

ICE SKATING



When in Corvara you can't miss the ice skating stadium, especially on a snowy afternoon! Go there for an afternoon or after dinner! Party on ice has never been so glam!

Moreover, you are a nature lover you can go ice skating in open air at the Sompunt Lake in La Villa!

GOURMET SKISAFARI




The Gourmet Skisafari is a gastronomic tour on skis created by the best chefs from the most exclusive international ski destinations. It starts in December and brings local and international gourmet chefs to several Alta Badia mountain huts to create dishes based on regional recipes and traditions from their home country. Ski days with unique breath-taking views and gourmet cuisine are served!

PASTIECCERIA DORIGO

(Corvara)

A little cozy pastry shop that really you can't miss! Come here for your breakfast or for a snack before an ice skating afternoon! I suggest trying its pastries the first day as you will be able to come back! And for sure you will!

LA TANA DELL'ORSO

(Badia)

This cozy restaurant is devoted to local traditions, starting from the wooden furniture, the mountain chalet atmosphere, and the local traditional cuisine. If you come here you will be brought into a unique 365° journey through the Dolomiti's world!

LE FORNELLA

(Corvara)

Le Fornella is a well know restaurant in Corvara and, for this reason, it is always very crowded at dinner time! But don't be scared, despite a little waiting you will be seated and kindly hosted! Moreover, delicious and rich dishes and fair prices will make you come back for sure the night later!

RISTORANTE RIGUGIO COL ALT

(Corvara)

This restaurant is located on the top of Col Alt mountain that you can easily reach taking the cableway right in the middle of Corvara's centre! The view over the mountains is extraordinary and the cuisine is dedicated to the local products, not forgetting a modern touch for a traditional gourmet offer!

LA SIRIOLA

(San Cassiano)

Maybe the best gourmet restaurant of the valley, with two Michelin stars and a classy but comfortable atmosphere, La Sirola's food vision come true thanks to the executive Chef Nicola Zanetti. Let you be tempted by his creations! This will be an unforgettable moment of your holiday!

THE "APRÈS SKI"

Do you know the mixed feeling of tiredness, satisfaction and joy you experience at the end of a skiing day? Yes, that's the perfect moment for an Après Ski session!

This party way of ending a ski day has become more and more popular in Alta Badia through the years, and now you can choose among a wide range of bars and cafés for your personal Apès Ski moment!

LAS VEGAS LODGE

(San Cassiano)

This mountain chalet is located on Piz Sorega, just up the mountains over San Cassiano and it has a beautiful solarium terrace where to relax and have a drink! You can stay till dinner too and every Wednesday it hosts a Dj set party for a special dancing night!

ALTROVE BAR

(Colfosco)

An up to date bar in Colfosco which mixes the mountain style, with wooden tables and local handcrafts in a modern design style! Sit down and relax for a trendy afternoon!

CLUB MORITZINO

(La Villa)

Up at 2100 mts on sea level, this is the most famous chalet of the valley. It is located on the top of the mountain over La Villa and it's the perfect spot of the Après Ski or even your dinner and dancing party nights!

ÜTIA EDELWEISS

(Colfosco)

On the ski slopes, this chalet with a stunning view over the Sella Mountain Group is perfect for relaxing just before your last downhill slope to the town centre!
