L'incontro :Based at Hotel Savoy, the restaurant faces directly onto the beautiful Piazza Della Republica, one of the main squares in Florence. L'incontro combines elegantly chic interiors with delicious food - a combination of Florentine dishes with modern flavours. Perfect for a light brunch or dinner, especially in the summer when the terrace is open.

Il Santo Bevitore: Located in Oltrarno, a quieter and more local part of the city, this understated restaurant offers seasonal Italian dishes with a modern twist and vibrant flavours. Based inside an old coach house, Il Santo Bevitore is a perfect spot for a romantic evening or an intimate dinner with your best friends.

Da Pescatore, Casa di Cucina: If you're in the mood for delicious seafood, be sure to stop by Da Pescatore, situated in a modern space adjoining to the Carmine Church. Enter through the glossy, heart shaped door to be greeted by a dim-lit, stylish interior contrasting against the historical foundations and enjoy a wonderfully presented meal.

Alle Murate: This restaurant offers a truly unique dining experience thanks to its stunning 14th century frescos ornamenting the gently arched ceilings. Famous for being the site of archeological findings dating back to the Roman times, Alle Murate offers a unique ambiance and a great cuisine, including traditional Tuscan dishes.


Koko: Japanese Restaurant and Sushi Bar: Combining sophistication with great food, Koko's sleek interiors are home to a delicious Japanese cuisine. The restaurant is located slightly outside of the city centre but it's worth the walk.

Libreria Brac: A short walk from Palazzo Vecchio, Brac's interior is a unique combination of a café at the front and a restaurant towards the back, joined together by a courtyard-like space in the middle, beautiful particularly at night in the candle light. Perfect for a coffee and a quick read during the day (the restaurant part is filled with books about art and design), the space transforms at night. Colle Bereto: Situated in Piazza Strozzi, Colle Bereto serves some of the best cocktails in town. The sophisticated, modern space, complimented by colorful lights and great music, is a fantastic spot for a fun night out. Be sure to try their Strawberry Mojito!

La Terrazze: Located on top of Rinascente, a department store stocking high-end brands, this rooftop bar and restaurant is the perfect spot to enjoy a cocktail while admiring the city views, particularly the Brunelleschi's dome which dominates the skyline.

The Westin Excelsior Bar: Located by the Arno river, the chic, modern interiors and large glass windows of this rooftop bar offer fantastic, panoramic views of the city. Good cocktails and a sophisticated atmosphere.



La Terazza Lounge Bar: Another fabulous bar combining great cocktails with stunning city views, La Terazza is situated on the top floor of the Medieval Consorti tower and the hotel Continentale. It has fantastic views of Ponte Vecchio and Palazzo Vecchio, the landmarks of Florence.

Slowly Lounge Bar: Another great spot for delicious cocktails, Slowly is located just a few minutes' walk from Piazza Strozzi. Fun, modern interiors and good music add to its relaxed atmosphere. The bar turns into a night club after 11:00PM.

Reverse: The unique combination of wooden interiors with large flat screens make Reverse stand out amongst other bars in Florence. Situated in a central part of Centro Storico, Reverse is a café during the day and turns into a bar in the evening. Great cocktails and friendly staff.

Rinascente: Situated at Piazza Della Republica, Rinascente houses high-end and luxury brands, from cosmetics and homeware to clothing and accessories.

Via Tornabuoni: Luxury shopping lovers will enjoy strolling around this street in the central part of Florence, filled with designer and jewelry stores. The street has been home to palaces of noble Florentine families since the 14th century, which is reflected in its architecture. More high-end brands can be found on the nearby Via Degli Strozzi.

Borgo San Jacopo: If you're on the hunt for unique jewelry pieces and boutique shopping, you should head to the Oltrarno, home to the artisan workshops. Borgo San Jacopo if filled with privately-owned stores selling beautiful, hand-made pieces.

Via dei Calzaiuoli and Via dei Cerretani: Perfect for those looking for a more casual, high street shopping experience.
