Day 1: Rome airport – Castello delle Regine
Our journey will start at Rome airport – Fiumicino. At the airport we will take a car or bus to the vineyard Castello delle Regine, were we will check in for three nights. The first class apartments are located in small stone houses built in a traditional Italian rustic style, in easy walking distance from two restaurants, a petrol station with a small shop and the vineyard itself. The vineyard is located between the small medieval villages of Orte and Narni, near a village called San Liberato.
After check in we will gather for a SUPER HIIT workout with Carin by the pool.
Lunch at the restaurant
When we have finished lunch, the next step in the program is a visit to the vineyard and a wine tasting session at the wine factory. Dinner will take place in the restaurant belonging to the estate.

Day 2: Castello delle Regine – Orvieto – Bolsena – Viterbo – Castello delle Regine
YoPii Work out and breakfast at the vineyard in the moring, followed by a trip to Orvieto, a beautiful small town on a cliff, close to the Tuscan border. The medieval centre and Duomo is well worth seeing, and some of you might want to visit the intricate system of caves underneath it, which goes back to Etruscan times.
Orvieto is famous for shopping, wine, and ceramics. Lunch will take place at 1 o´clock pm in one of the charming restaurants in town, and by 2 pm we will continue to Bolsena. This small town is famous for its lake (the cleanest lake in Italy), castle, wine and charming beach promenade. Carin will lead us through a SUPER HIIT workout on one of the beaches while at this lake. Afterwards there is time for a meal or snack in the restaurant Trattoria del Moro, which is situated at the sea front, built on wooden sticks into the sea and has a splendid view. Those who feel like some sun bathing and a swim, have ample opportunities to do so. Or you might want to explore the town, including the castle, Etruscan museum and church. On the way back in the afternoon, we will stop at a shopping mall to buy first rate local food stuffs to take back to home. All the apartments are equipped with refrigerators. Dinner will take place in the excellent vineyard restaurant.

Day 3: Castello delle Regine - Montoro - Castello delle Regine
Breakfast and YoPii training with Carin at the pool, followed by a brisk walk up to the top of the hill. Upon arrival, bicycles are awaiting, and we ride over to the next village, Montoro. This village consists of little more than a church, a school and a restaurant, Il Feudo, where we stop for lunch, on the terasse
. The view of the valley is magnificent from there. After the meal, we ride back to Castello delle Regine.
Arriving back at the vineyard, the pool is awaiting, and so is Carin´s motivation talk "Your Choice, Your Well Being".
After the talk we shall take a walk in the woods and learn how to choose local herbs, and which herbs are beneficial for your health. The next step in the program is a cooking class, focusing on both what´s good for your health and your taste buds.
The farewell party the same evening (semi-formal wear), will take place in the vineyard restaurant, after an aperitif. And there will be a surprise

Day 4: Castello delle Regine – Rome
Breakfast and YoPii training with Carin followed by fresh fruits and juices. Lunch at 1 pm. Either wine harvesting or SUPER HIIT workout with Carin in the afternoon. Umbria is the "Green Belt," in the heart of Italy, north of Rome and Lazio and south of Tuscany. Umbria has no coast line, but there is an abundance of large lakes, scenic mountains, tempting wine castles, historic monasteries, and gorgeous cathedrals.
Life is a little slower in Umbria than in the more touristy Tuscany, and the better for it. The best known town and villages are Asissi, Orvieto, Terni, Gubbio and Spoleto, and the capital is called Perugia. The area is abounding with natural sources, rivers and lakes. The vineyard, comprising 580 hectares of land, is located 40 minutes north of Rome, between Narni and Amelia in the county of Umbria. The history of the vineyard goes back to the 16th. century.
Parts of the property is covered with forests, making the soil ideal for the growing of both vines an olive trees. Castello delle Regine produces red wine, white wine, spumante, grappa, and dessert wines, constantly developing new products. The wines have a global distribution and have won several awards, such as the best Merlot in China and quite recently as one of the best wine producers in Wine Italy. The olive trees go back 500 years, so the quality of the olive oil is the very best. There is also a regular farm on the vast estate, including for instance 250 chianina cows with pedigrees going back for centuries. This breed is native to Umbria and Tuscany - you will never taste better meat! 130 wild boars are also part of the attraction. Most of the products are biological, and the estate is largely self suficient, including its in-house electricity (sun cell panels) and water supply. Accommodation at the vineyard
There are four separate small groups of houses, comprising in total 16 spacious apartments. Each little group has a separate swimming pool.
Each 5 star apartment is decorated in a tastefully rustic style, in keeping with the surroundings. They contain one, two, three or four bedrooms, most of them with en suite
bath rooms. In addition, they all have a living room, kitchen and their own patio or garden, as well as internet access, air condition, telephone, Sky TV, refrigerator, cocker and dish washing machine. About Carin Astrup:
I have been a certified Personal Trainer at American Council on Exercise (ACE) since 2001 and have further education at the Norwegian School of Sports and Sciense (NSSS) as well as STOTTS Pilates. I also have skills as a nutrition adviser with education from NSSS, and I work with clients as a Personal Coach. My speciality is a creating a personal training strategy for my clients, with specific goals. I care about all my clients, and work hard to make each and one of them succeed according to their personal work out strategy.
Attending evening classes during my college years, I realized how important it is to exercise regularly in order to avoid feeling tired and stressed out. I started making daily exercises an integral part of my life, and transformed in the process my own body from loose and flabby to firm and strong. It felt terrific! At the same time, I developed a passion for studying work-out theories, anatomy, nutrition and coaching.
Today I am the mother of two healthy children. I kept exercising throughout both pregnancies, which helped me to maintain my strength both during labour and after giving birth. I love giving advice to pregnant women and to mothers, so that they too can regain their health and well-being.
I focus continually at developing new way of helping my clients. On a perpetual search for more knowledge, my schedule is filled with classes in nutrition, new types of exercise and human behaviour. Consequently, I am well informed in the newest and best method for meeting the demands of my clients.
Our trip to Umbria will focus on work out sessions and healthy meals. But we will have some good fun together as well. My goal accompanying you on this trip is to inspire you to make healthy choices, that can become part of your daily life. Succeeding in acheving one´s goals require certain techniques; you will hear more about that during the trip.
