Here we are with the first International Dinner at the Pinktrotters Loft. We started with and amazing French Dinner dedicated to our French Intern Philippine.

Who cares about the rain when you're going to the Pinktrotters Loft for the first International Dinner? Not the Pinktrotters!
Fifteen brave girls came despite the bad weather to enjoy our amazing French Dinner.

A various menu received our guests: salade niçoise, fois gras with the fig confiture, tartare de bœuf, traditional cheese. It was inevitable to try also the Escargots, to breath a real French atmosphere!
Yes, the Pinktrotters team, and in particular the French intern Philippine, left the MacBooks to become perfect chefs for one day! We can really do everything!

But a French dinner is not really French without Baguettes,
Macarons, Quiches, Croissants and Champagne, of course! That's why we need to say thanks to Delifrance, that furnished us with their delicious products!

How to do tartare de bœuf ?

• 500 g beef tenderloin chopped (better would be chopped with a knife)
• 4 egg yolks
• 2 tablespoons mustard semipiccante
• 2 tablespoons oil
• 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
• 1-2 tablespoons of white vinegar or juice of lemon
• 1 medium white onion
• salt
• pepper
• lettuce leaves cap

Finely chop the onion, pick it up in a bowl, add the mustard, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar or
lemon juice, oil, salt and pepper.
Mix the ingredients well, embed them to mincemeat. Divide the mixture into four parts.
